The location proved very convenient. It was right by the train station. The building and communal spaces presented an excellent look. I found the bed quite comfortable for a restful sleep.
I noticed the coffee from a machine at breakfast. It tasted alright but wasn't great.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the train station.
The breakfast service was a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. the selection felt insufficient for the number of guests. a sunday during a matchday probably requires more staff.
